RAI Hotel Service is the official housing agent for the 4th Algal Virus Workshop from 17-21 April 2005. Amsterdam RAI Hotel Service arranges hotels in Amsterdam in connection with international conferences. In close consultation with this organization, a selection of hotels in Amsterdam for you is made. As a customer you benefit from the intensive contact with the hotels and you will have the best available rates.

Hotel accommodation can be reserved at reduced rates using the online reservation system (hotel quick search; select hotel and continu with reservation) or the reservation form that should be emailed or faxed to RAI Hotel Service.

Hotel reservations should be guaranteed by credit card (the web site of the RAI Hotel Service is fully secured by SSL, which ensures your personal and credit card details are safe).

Demands for hotel rooms in Amsterdam is typically great in spring (due to many conferences and other events). In order to avoid disappointment, early booking is advised. Our advice is to make your reservation at least 3 months prior to the event in order to be sure to have the best possible choice from among the various hotels.

Requests received after 15 January 2005 will be accepted but hotel accommodation cannot be fully guaranteed. RAI Hotel Service reserves the right to book your reservation at a similar hotel, in case the requested hotel is already fully booked.

Notification of cancellation and changes regarding accommodation should always be made to RAI Hotel Service directly.
