REGISTRATION

Everyone must register in order to attend.

For successful registration one has to fill in

the Registration form,

as well as the Abstract form,

and also arrange Payment of registration fee (see bottom of this webpage for actual amount)

Students should also include a letter from their supervisor with

their registration (send by email to avw4@nioz.nl).

! Upon receiving and processing your complete registration (Registration form, Abstract form and Payment), we will send you an email as confirmation (this is your receipt).

Although the final deadline is 1 March 2005, we urge you to register before 15 January 2005 (deadline reduced fee).

REGISTRATION FEE

The registration fee includes admission to all scientific sessions, the abstract book and other workshop materials, welcome reception (Sunday 17 April), lunch (17-21 April), refreshments during breaks (coffee/tea), evening boat trip (Tuesday 19 April), and the banquet (Wednesday 20 April).

CANCELATION AND REFUNDS

To be eligible for a refund, notice of a written cancellation must be received by email at avw4@nioz.nl

Refunds on the registration are applicable as follows:

• Before 15 January 2005 : Full refund minus EUR 40 administration costs

• Between 15 January and 1 March 2005 : 75 % refund of Fees paid

Cancellation or no-show after 1 March 2005 is not eligible for a refund of general registration.
